Q2-4 Can I apply for a building confirmation before the development is completed?

Building confirmation application is possible, but we cannot start building construction under the City Planning Act (outside site) even if we receive grant of certificate of confirmation.
In addition, if there is a justifiable reason that development activities cannot be performed properly without performing construction work at the same time, we have approved a request for cancellation of restrictions on buildings.
