(When structural calculation suitability judgment is no longer required for buildings to which Route 2 is applied)

Confirmation application fee for change shall be calculated by multiplying the total floor area by 0.5.
The amount corresponding to the area obtained. However, the floor area will be changed due to changes in the plan of the building.

3. Additional fee at the time of completion inspection of buildings such as energy saving conformity judgment

※1 Regarding the calculation of the primary energy consumption of apartments, when the energy-saving performance of buildings is calculated by an evaluation method that does not calculate common areas, the target area of the fee to be added
