Until now, the examination procedure was carried out at the Fire Bureau Headquarters Building (Kawabe-cho, Hodogaya-ku), but from April 1, 2024, it was changed to the Yokohama City Paramedic Training Center (4-270 Nakamura-cho, Minami-ku).

If Yokohama City Patients conform to the transportation business standards, we will send you a certification letter and a certification mark (vehicle seal) after the procedure is completed (approximately three weeks later).

Vehicle screening will be conducted at the Yokohama City Paramedic Training Center (4-270 Nakamuracho, Minami-ku, 3).
Please come after loading all the equipment and materials entered in the No. 3 form.
The time required for the examination is about 15 minutes.

The validity period of the transfer crew certificate for patients, etc. attached to the second style is two years.
If you re-training within the validity period, it will be valid for another two years.
When applying, please make sure that it has not expired.

The validity period of business certification is 5 years.
When renewing the business certification, you will be required to submit the application documents within the validity period and review the vehicle again (including loading equipment). .
When Yokohama-shi patients meet transportation business standard, we send letter of advice after procedure is completed (approximately three weeks later).
The application period for renewal will be accepted three months before the validity period.
If you do not apply for renewal after the validity period, it will expire.
