4. Describe in the important matter manual, etc. that the resident will not file a complaint with the factory, etc. for noise, etc. within the standards stipulated by laws and regulations from the nearby factory.
5. Take appropriate measures such as soundproofing against noise, vibration, odor, etc. within the standards stipulated by laws and regulations from nearby factories.
