- To our customers He trained under Meister in Germany for three and a half years and earned the title of a craftsman (Gezelle) in Germany. After returning to Japan, ham sausages made with passion were exhibited at an international quality competition (*) hosted by the authentic German Agricultural Promotion Association, and won the gold prize for five consecutive years (with the Hall of Fame).
