Performance-linked Private Consignment (PFS)
Last updated on October 9, 2024.
In Yokohama City, financial management is expected to become even more severe due to a decline in the working-age population and the progress of a super-aging society.
In order to respond to increasingly complex and diversifying social and regional issues in the future, we will strengthen collaboration and cooperation with various entities.
It is essential to promote open innovation and promote efficient and appropriate financial management.
Faced with such unprecedented changes in social conditions, social impact bonds (SIBs) and other social impacts.
The performance-linked private contract method (PFS) is based on new ideas that are effective in realizing sustainable growth and development in Yokohama.
Positioned as one of the co-creation methods, we have been working on studies and trials for introduction since FY2015.
Social Impact Bonds (SIBs) and other activities in effective administrative areas are not limited to precedents.
We will actively consider and introduce the use of the performance-linked private consignment contract method (PFS) and utilize it to promote measures that look into the future of Yokohama.
