2. Must be listed on the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List at the time of submission of the application form. (Registration does not matter.) In the case of a joint venture, this requirement applies to the representative organization. )
   　However, even if it is not listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List, it is still applying at the time of submitting the participation intention application form, and registration has been completed by the date of identifying the contract candidate. You can submit it on condition.
   　In addition, if the scheduled date on the list is Sunday, September 1, 2019, the deadline for arrival of the transmission data and submitted documents for the bid participation qualification application is Wednesday, July 31, 2019, Please do not forget to complete the procedure.

　Proposals are evaluated based on document screening, and interviews are conducted as necessary in consultation with the Evaluation Committee.
