１. Notification of participation qualification confirmation result
Of those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been approved and those who have not been approved will be notified in writing of that effect and the reason.
Notification date: Scheduled to be shipped around Friday, October 4, 2019
２. Request for submission
If you are qualified to make a proposal, please carefully check the contents of the related materials and submit the proposal.
（１） Submission of Proposals
A. Number of copies submitted: 11 copies (1 original, 10 duplicates)

Oh, Yokohama-shi may ask for presentation of supplementary materials after acceptance of proposal.
Documents such as proposals submitted will not be returned.
C. The same participant cannot make multiple proposals.
D. Additions and corrections after submission of documents will not be accepted regardless of the reason.

A tour of the facilities of the elephant nose terrace will be held as follows. If you wish to visit, please apply using the facility tour application form (Form 1).
