The conditions for bid participation are as follows.
①You must not be a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Contract Regulations and be qualified as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
②A person who has not received any suspension of general competition participation or suspension of nomination based on the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines on any day from the date of submission to the date of submission to the tender date.
