About primary evaluation
Evaluation of submitted proposals will be performed in two stages (first evaluation (proposal) and second evaluation (hearing)). In the case of a large number of applications, the secondary evaluation may be performed after selection (about 5 people) in the primary evaluation.
About the second evaluation
From mid-May to late May 2019, we will conduct a hearing on proposals (second evaluation). Details will be announced separately.
