1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. Being a person who has not received measures for suspension of nomination based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
3. Those who have registered for the details of "A: Software Development / Renovation" of the event "316: Computer Business" in the list of qualified persons for Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding in FY2019 (related to goods, consignment, etc.).
   Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above event is being applied at the time of submission of the application form and the registration is completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified.

1. Participation intention proposal form (style 1) to prescribe in proposal conduct handling summary about Yokohama-shi trust
2. Application for bid participation qualification screening and attached documents (for specific procurement contracts)
   (Limited to those who are not listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in FY2011/32. Before applying, be sure to contact the section section of submission place 2. )
3. Application for additional registration of events (for specific procurement contracts)
   (Those who are registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Persons List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in FY2019 and 32, and are registered in the detailed "A: Software Development / Renovation" of the event "316: Computer Services" Limited to those that have not been accepted. Please be sure to contact the section section of submission place 2. before applying. )
