1 Nomination / Non-Nomination Notification Date

2 Notification method
After receiving the “Application Form for Participation in Designated Competitive Bidding Participation”, confirm the eligibility for bid participation.
We send "open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding nomination letter of advice" or "public offer type nomination competition non-bid nomination letter of advice" by e-mail.

1 Bidding
（１） Please bring "open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding nomination letter of advice" on the day of bid, and show to the staff.
（２） The bidding method is to post the "bid book" in the designated style directly at the time of bidding.
（３） If you do not make a successful bid in the first bid, we will carry out the second bid on the spot, so please prepare two bid documents.
（４） In the bid form, please indicate the amount equivalent to 100/108 of the estimated contract desired price (including consumption tax).
2. Decline of bid
　If you do not wish to bid, you can not participate. Please submit "Notice of bid decline".
3. Preparation of Contracts
（１） When successful bidder is decided, we exchange contract that Motoichi establishes.
　The cost of creating the contract shall be borne by the successful bidder.
（２） This contract will be finalized when the contract clerk signs and seals with the other party of the contract.
（３） If you conclude a contract with a date up to September 30, 2019, create a contract with the current consumption tax rate (8%).
　The payment of the contract price will be paid in accordance with the tax rate (10%) after the revision of the consumption tax rate without performing any special change procedure according to the provisions of the contract agreement.
4 Bid deposit and contract deposit
　All of them are exempt.
5 Others
　About other matters, we shall depend on place to establish in Yokohama-shi contract rule, competitive bidding handling summary about Yokohama-shi, article consignment and Yokohama-shi article, consignment competitive bidding participant point.
