A person who satisfies all of the following items:
1 Those who are registered in the detailed "Consulting (B)" of the business type "Various survey planning" of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles / Consignment) of the business type "Event Planning and Operation, etc.", those registered in the detailed "Event Planning (A)" and "Event Management, etc. (B)"
2 Those who have registered the location category as "city", "quasi-city", and the company size as "small and medium-sized enterprises", and "others".
3 Persons who do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
4 A person who has not received suspension measures under the provisions of the outline of measures such as suspension of Yokohama-shi general competition participation and nomination suspension from the date of submission of the application form to the date of determining the trustee.
