A person who satisfies all of the following items (1) to (4):
(1) Person who is authorized to register in any of the following business events of "Reiwamoto, 2nd year Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (articles, consignment)" (hereinafter "list").

　○ “Various survey planning” ・ Detailed “B Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)”
　○ "Other commissions, etc."
(2) The location classification must be registered as "city", "quasi-city", "outside the city", and the company size must be registered as "large companies", "small and medium enterprises", and "others".
(3) A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(4) Person who has not received suspension measures by rule of measures summary (April 1, 2004) such as suspension of Yokohama-shi general competition participation suspension and nomination suspension from date of presentation deadline of participation intention application to date of deciding trustee thing.
