This contract is a condition that each accounting budget for Yokohama City in 2020 will be approved by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2020.
In addition, since it is a long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Autonomy Law, if the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract is reduced or deleted from the following fiscal year following the year to which the conclusion date of this agreement belongs, Yokohama City may change or cancel the contract. In addition, in the event that Motoichi cancels this contract due to the reduction or deletion of the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract, the trustee will be charged for the commission that Motoichi scheduled to pay after the following fiscal year. Shall not be charged. In addition, the trustee shall reduce the expenditure budget for this Agreement.
Or, due to deletion, we cannot claim Motoichi about compensation of damage that occurred when Motoichi changed or canceled this contract.
