2 In the Reiwamoto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles / consignments, etc.), "Small and Medium Enterprises" or "Small and Medium Enterprises" whose location classification is "city", "quasi-city" or "outside the city" Must be the first person who has registered the detailed code "A Event Planning and Operation" of "319 Event Planning and Operation".
Person who has not received nomination suspension measures based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from 3 bid participation intention application deadline to bid date.
4. Being a person with the following achievements:
(1) Operation of events that use either of the National University Hall, Conference Center, Exhibition Hall or Annex Hall in Pacifico-yokohama
(2) Operation and implementation of events of approximately 3,000 or more visitors (per day)
