• Implementation site: We will inform you separately. (The meeting room of the secretariat of the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition Promotion Committee is scheduled.)
• Attendees: The number must be 3 or less, including the management engineer and the engineer in charge.

3. Submission method Bring, mail or e-mail

• Please confirm your arrival except for bringing.
• When bringing or mailing, be sure to specify the e-mail address for sending the answer in the questionnaire.

4. Answer Sending date and method We will send it by e-mail by Tuesday, January 19, 2021.

• We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (second style) regardless of whether or not they have qualifications. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form (No. 4 style).
• Notification will be given by Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
• An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why his / her eligibility was not confirmed. Please submit the document to the Secretariat of the 2027 International Horticultural Expo Promotion Committee by 5:00 pm, 5 days after Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, starting from the day following the date on which the Committee sent the notice.
• If an explanation is requested pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Committee will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, starting from the day following the date on which the Committee received the written document.

The commission is commissioned by the 2027 International Horticultural Expo Promotion Committee (Secretariat: City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau). Please note that it is not Yokohama-shi.
