Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request
- We will confirm the participation qualification of the applicant who intends to participate, and will notify you by e-mail of the participation qualification confirmation result notice (Attachment 1) on Monday, March 23, 2020, regardless of whether or not you are eligible. If it is confirmed that you are eligible to participate, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (Attachment 2) by e-mail.
- Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for participation may request in writing an explanation of the reason. In addition, please submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:15 pm five days after 5:15 pm except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent participation qualification confirmation result letter of advice .
- When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi received document.
