Regarding the outsourcing of design work associated with the construction of the eastern saijo (tentative name), we identified the contract candidate using a simple proposal method.

The person who has the proposal qualification shall be a single company and shall satisfy all of the following items.
(However, 2 is the actual results of the company or the management engineer.)

1 Registration of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List
A person registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (design, surveying, etc.) at the time of submission of the participation intention application form, and the contents must meet all of the following conditions.
（１） "Business type" includes "901: architectural design (including supervision)" and must be registered in the first place.
（２） "Details" must be registered including "A: Design of Government Buildings, Schools, Hospitals, etc."

2 Performance of design work
Have a track record of designing buildings that meet the following conditions (1) or (2), and be able to submit documents that can confirm the performance of design work.
（１） New construction of a crematorium under the provisions of Article 2, Paragraph 7 of the Act on Cemeteries with a total area of 7,000 m2 or more, burial, etc., constructed between May 8, 2000 and May 7, 2020 or more in one building Or extension work (excluding existing floor area).
（２） ①Meet the conditions of each of the conditions of 2 and 2
①New construction and extension work (existing floor area) of crematorium under the provisions of Article 2, Paragraph 7 of the Act on Cemeteries, Burials, etc., which were completed between May 8, 2000 and May 7, 2020 (Excluding).
②New construction or extension work (existing floor area) of a building with a total area of 7,000 m2 or more in a building ordered by the national or local government, which was completed between May 8, 2000 and May 7, 2020 (Excluding).

3 Engineer placement
（１） A person who has at least 5 years of experience after obtaining a first-class architect license during the performance period of this work.
（２） Be a member of the proposer's organization.

4 Others
（１） During the period from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, etc., no suspension measures have been received under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination".
（２） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947)
（３） Not be an adult ward, an assistant, an assistant or a minor.
（４） In accordance with the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004), no petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings has been filed and no decision has been made to commence.
（５） Have not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
（６） A petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 172 of 1952) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) has not been filed (rehabilitation or rehabilitation proceedings) Excluding those who have been decided and who have recognized by Yokohama City that there is no risk of falling into unperformance).

　It is assumed that interviews will be conducted with the proposers who were subject to the secondary evaluation, but may be changed depending on the situation. The implementation method and contents will be notified in accordance with the primary examination result notification.
