5. In addition to the above, four or more survey workers must be able to secure (regardless of whether they are enrolled)
6. No nomination suspension has been received under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Yokohama City Nomination Suspension" on any day from the deadline for participation intention proposal to the bidding date

※"Employees qualified for seismic diagnosis of block walls" refer to one of the following.
（１） Qualified person for seismic diagnosis pertaining to reinforced concrete or steel reinforced concrete buildings
（２） First-class architects, second-class architects, block wall diagnosers of the Japan Exterior Construction Industry Association, etc. who have completed the "Training on Seismic Diagnosis of Existing Block Walls, etc." conducted by the Japan Building Disaster Prevention Association Person
