（１） Being designated as a visiting care establishment based on the provisions of the Nursing Care Insurance Law
（２） Being a member of the National Childcare Service Association
（３） Public health nurses, midwives, nurses, nursery teachers, or kindergarten teachers who have any qualifications to carry out childcare support projects.
