(1) Not being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Rules (March 1964 Yokohama City Rules No. 59).
(2) Registered in "Detailed A Software Development / Renovation" and "Detailed B System Operation / Monitoring" of "Computer Services (316)" in the Yokohama City General Competitive B Competitive B Qualified Person List (Related to Goods / Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3.4 Must be recognized. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if you are applying for the above event at the time of submitting the application form and the registration is completed before the date of identifying the trustee.
(3) Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal to the trustee specific date.

<Implementation of the first evaluation>
The first evaluation will be conducted based on the proposal.
