Incentive order
As part of our efforts to strengthen initial response in the event of a disaster, City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau is conducting a trial of a system in which companies that cooperate in emergency procedure operations in the event of a disaster, local anti-crime program activities and discovery of road damageRoad and Highway Bureau are given priority to design and surveying services.
In the same way, in outsourcing services such as design and surveying, priority is given to businesses with excellent results for the purpose of improving the quality of outsourcing services and improving motivation to receive orders, and fostering excellent small and medium-sized businesses in the city. We are trying a system to do.
※Incentive ordering is an order in which only companies with excellent performance (businesses with good performance evaluation results of work received in the past) or disaster cooperation companies are eligible for bid participation.
Incentive ordering for disaster cooperation companies
Number of Orders and Criteria for Selection of Designated Contractors
(1)The number of incentive quotas is the number obtained by multiplying the number of orders received for each target item in the previous fiscal year by approximately 5%.
(2)Members of organizations that have concluded a disaster cooperation agreement are designated as disaster cooperation companies.

Incentive order for business operators with excellent performance
