Those who are eligible to participate in this proposal shall be those who meet all the conditions described in "3 Participation Conditions" in the proposal preparation guidelines for the proposal of "Schematic examination business consignment at the International Horticultural Expo venue". . ・Date of implementation: 1st of early June 2021 (planned)
・Implementation site: Details of the implementation location and time zone will be notified separately.
・Attendees: The number must be 3 or less, including the management engineer.

　・When bringing or mailing, be sure to specify the e-mail address for sending the answer in the questionnaire.
４. Response Date and Method
　We will respond by e-mail by Monday, May 17, 2021.

・We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and will notify you of the participation qualification confirmation result notice (Form 3) by e-mail regardless of whether you have qualifications. In addition, when we can confirm that we have proposal qualification, we send proposal-related documents presentation request (style 4) in addition.
・We will notify you of the proposal qualification confirmation by Tuesday, April 27, 2021.
・An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why his / her eligibility was not confirmed. Please submit the documents to the City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau International Horticultural Expo Promotion Section by 5:00 pm, 5 days after Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, starting from the day after the Yokohama City sent the notice.
・When an explanation is requested pursuant to the preceding paragraph, Yokohama City will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, starting from the day following the date on which the document was received.
