Eligibility to participate in this work shall meet the following conditions:
（1） Being a small and medium-sized enterprise in the city that registers "Print Material Planning Design" in the first or second place in the business event in the list of qualified persons in Reiwa 3.4
（2） Orders for design layouts for public relations papers (issued at least once a month) issued by local governments in the past.

Details such as time and place will be notified separately to the interviewee.

In addition, please submit a document that shows that you have received an order for public relations paper design issued by past local governments.
