A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:

1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2. In the 3rd and 4th year of Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles / Consignment) or the General Competitive B: System Operation / Monitoring ”A person who has been registered in "Details A: Software Development / Renovation" and "Details B: System Operation / Monitoring". Provided, however, that this shall not apply if you are applying for the above event at the time of submitting the application form and the registration is completed before the date of identifying the trustee.
3. Person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from presentation deadline of proposal participation intention application (May 6, 2022) to date of specific contract candidate thing.
4. Have experience in building or operating systems related to minor portals.
