A person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:
- Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- In the 3rd and 4th year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles / Consignment) or the General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles / Consignment) pertaining to specific procurement contracts, "Computer Services (316)" Must be registered in "Detailed F System Survey / Planning". Provided, however, that this shall not apply if you are applying for the above event at the time of submitting the application form and the registration is completed before the date of identifying the trustee.
- Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal to the specific date of the contract candidate.
- In the past five years, the development, maintenance, operation support, project management, procurement support, etc. of 8 or more of the 17 tasks (*) that were positioned as subject to standardization in the “Digital Government Execution Plan” (decided by the Cabinet on December 25, 2020) Have a track record of commissioned work.
