Of those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been qualified to participate and those who have not been recognized will be notified of that fact and the reason by the participation qualification confirmation result notice (Form 3).

(a) Those who are qualified to participate will be sent a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 4) by e-mail. Please be sure to reply to your incoming confirmation as soon as possible.
(b) Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.

Document selection of proposals
If there are 5 or more proposers, the documents will be selected in the proposal and interviews will be conducted with up to 4 people.
The selection of documents is based on the same evaluation criteria as interviews.
If there is a document screening, a notification of the results of the document screening will be sent to all proposal submitters by e-mail by Tuesday, August 16, 2022 regarding the results of the document screening (Please reply to the incoming confirmation).
Proponents who have been notified that they have not been selected in the document screening may request an explanation of why they were not selected in writing. In addition, we must submit document to proposal presentation by 5:00 pm five days after 5:00 pm except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
