（４） "Details" must be registered including "A: Design of Government Buildings, Schools, Hospitals, etc."

2 Performance of design work
Have a track record of designing buildings that meet the following requirements, and be able to submit documents that can confirm the performance of design work. (A and B are allowed in different buildings.) 。
（１） New construction or extension work of buildings with a total area of 2,000 square meters or more (excluding the floor area of existing parts) constructed between May 31, 2002 and May 30, 2022. Results of
（２） Results of new construction or extension work of public buildings ordered by the national or local governments, which were completed between May 31, 2002 and May 30, 2022. (No matter the size.)

3 Engineer placement
A management engineer must be assigned to meet all of the following conditions, and documents that can confirm the qualifications of the management engineer must be submitted.
（１） A person who has at least 5 years of experience after obtaining a first-class architect license.
（２） Be a member of the proposer's organization.

4 Others
（１） Selected in the design work consignment proposal accompanying the Municipal Housing rebuilding project implemented by Motoichi from FY2019 to FY2021, and must not have been entrusted with the work.
（２） During the period from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, etc., no suspension measures have been received under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination".
（３） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947)
（４） Not be an adult ward, an assistant, an assistant or a minor.
（５） In accordance with the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004), no petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings has been filed and no decision has been made to commence.
（６） Have not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
