　In addition, contracted candidates for this proposal cannot apply for proposals for design work outsourcing associated with school rebuilding work scheduled to be ordered this year.

1 Registration of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List
A person registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (design, surveying, etc.) at the time of submission of the participation intention application form, and the contents must meet all of the following conditions.
（１） "Location classification" must be registered in "city".
（２） "Size category" must be registered as "Small and Medium Enterprises".
（３） "Business type" includes "901: architectural design (including supervision)" and must be registered in the first place.
（４） "Details" must be registered including "A: Design of Government Buildings, Schools, Hospitals, etc."

2 Performance of design work
Have a track record of designing buildings that meet the following requirements, and be able to submit documents that can confirm the performance of design work. ((1) and (2) are also acceptable in different buildings.)
（１） Design of new construction or extension work for buildings with a total area of 2,000 square meters or more (excluding the floor area of existing parts) constructed between May 31, 2002 and May 30, 2022. Results of construction.
（２） Design results for new construction or extension work of public buildings ordered by the national or local governments, which were completed between May 31, 2002 and May 30, 2022. (No matter the size.)

3 Engineer placement
　A management engineer must be assigned to meet all of the following conditions:
（１） A person who has at least 5 years of experience after obtaining a first-class architect license during the performance period of this work
（２） Belonging to the proposer's organization

4 Others
（１） Selected in the design business consignment proposal accompanying the school rebuilding work carried out by Motoichi from 2018 to 2021, and must not be a person entrusted with the work.
（２） During the period from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, etc., no suspension measures have been received under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination".
（３） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
（４） Not be an adult ward, an assistant, an assistant or a minor.
（５） In accordance with the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004), no petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings has been filed and no decision has been made to commence.
（６） Have not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
（７） A petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 172 of 1952) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) has not been filed.
