- Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
- On any day from the last day of the submission period of the bid participation application to the bidding date, we have received measures to suspend nomination based on the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines") Not being a person. - Participate in coin-vender-type multifunction device installation and food and beverage sales company bidding on municipal property, and do not have concluded a contract without justifiable reason after the successful bid decision.
