The “Common Goods System,” in which Office of Accounting collectively contracts office supplies used by each ward bureau, operates using a financial accounting system for orders and transfers of budgets. As a result of the transition to the new financial accounting system in fiscal 2024, it is necessary to build new functions for common goods.
In this way, we will carry out this information provision request (RFI) with the aim of receiving information from businesses that have know-how in the WEB ordering service for its realization.
