Those who intend to participate in this proposal shall meet any of the following requirements (1) and (2) and satisfy (3) and (4).

(２) Although it has not yet been listed in the list of qualified general competitive bidding qualifications for the relevant fiscal year, when submitting an application form for participation, the contract is concluded.

　　For the same business type as (1) above, which was determined to respond, registration is currently being applied within the second place, and by the date of signing the contract.

(３) After FY2016, there must be a track record for the following tasks.

　　・Development work such as administrative plans pertaining to "health care and welfare fields" in Motoichi or other local governments

(４) From the deadline for submitting the proposal participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, the suspension of Yokohama City General Competition Participation and

　　A person who has not received suspension measures pursuant to the provisions of the measures outline such as nomination suspension.
