Those who intend to participate in this proposal shall meet any of the following requirements (1) and (2) and satisfy (3) and (4).

（３） After FY2018, there must be at least three achievements in the following tasks.

　　・Investigation work related to the “health care and welfare field” in the national or local government

（４） From the deadline for submitting the proposal participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, the suspension of Yokohama City General Competition Participation and

　　A person who has not received suspension measures pursuant to the provisions of the measures outline such as nomination suspension.
