The eligibility requirements in this proposal are as follows (all of the following requirements 1 to 3 must be met).
１．Registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in the business type "Other consignment" or "Consignment of office work and duties" in Reiwa 3.4. Or, at the time of submitting the application form for participation in this proposal, registration is being applied for in the same list, and registration is scheduled to be completed by the day the trustee is determined.
２．Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
３．During the period from the submission deadline of the participation intention application form to the contract date, no suspension measures have been taken under the provisions of the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures (April 1, 2004).

We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal that has been approved to participate in the proposal as follows.

（１） Companies that intend to participate in the proposal should create and submit a participation intention proposal form (style 1) (word: 12KB) for each training department.
（２） If you are applying for registration in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), if you are applying for registration in the business type "Other consignment" or "Consignment of office work / business", as a document indicating that you are applying for registration Please submit "copy of application acceptance contents and bid participation qualification examination application" (reprinting is possible with the qualification examination application system.)
２．Proposals, etc.

For those who have been qualified to participate, we will also send a document pertaining to the submission of proposal-related documents.

This project is subject to suspension of the fiscal 2023 budget being voted on in Yokohama City Council. If the budget for 2023 is not voted, the contract will not be concluded.
