Contract Results and Evaluation Criteria (PDF: 210KB)

The requirements for participation in this proposal are as follows.
(1)Reiwa 3.4 times Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) Those who are applying for registration in the business event "Other consignment, etc." of the general competitive bidding qualification list (related to goods, consignment, etc.) and have been registered by the date on which the contract candidate is determined.
(2)A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(3)Those who have not received suspension measures under the provisions of the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004) from the date of submission of the participation intention application form to the date of identifying the contract candidate.
(4)When proposed by a joint venture, it shall be as follows.
A. All companies that make up meet the requirements of (1) to (3).
B. Define a representative company and submit a “Application for Formation of Consortium” and “List of Consortium Contact Information” in the prescribed format when applying for participation. Changes in representative businesses and constituent businesses after submission are not permitted in principle.
C. The constituent company of the consortium shall not be able to participate in the proposal of this work in duplicate as a sole business operator or a constituent company of another joint venture.
D. At the time of selection, conclude a union contract that clearly defines the division of responsibility of each business operator and submit a copy of the union contract by the date specified separately.

(2)Implementation site: Meeting room in Yokohama City Hall (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City) [planned]
(3)Attendees: There must be no more than 3 persons, including the general manager.

We will confirm that those who have submitted the application form meet the qualifications of the proposer and notify you by e-mail by Friday, October 7, 2022. We will also send a proposal-related document submission request form to proposers who are eligible to participate.
