Other Conditions
(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) In Reiwa 3rd and 4th year Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (related to goods, consignment, etc.), there must be registration in "Other consignment: sterilization".
(3)In accordance with the instructions of the school, the specified type and quantity of equipment must be delivered by the day before the health check-up implementation date. In addition, if health check-up equipment is urgently needed on the day of health check-up implementation, additional delivery and other measures should be possible in principle.
(4)Sterile disinfection is possible at the trustee's own facility.
(5)Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the bid participation intention application deadline to the bid date.
