（3） Being person who has not received nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension on any day from August 29, 2024 to bid opening date.
（4） Be a person who falls under any of the following.
(A) A person who has at least one vehicle delivery or manufacturing performance pertaining to goods of the same type as the goods
(B) A person who has been certified by a manufacturer, distributor, etc. for the supply of the goods
