・Since this contract is a long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act, if the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract is reduced or deleted from the following fiscal year following the year to which the deadline of this contract belongs, Yokohama City shall be able to change or cancel the contract.
