• This contract shall be a long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act.
• Estimate at 100/110 of the total lease fee (tax included) for FY2024.
• Since this contract is a long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act, if the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract is reduced or deleted after the year following the year to which the deadline of this contract belongs, Yokohama City shall be able to change or cancel the contract.
• Item subject to suspension condition that the 2024 budget is voted on by the Yokohama City Council.
