We will openly recruit companies that carry out Blanding and promotion of the "Small and Medium Enterprise Decarbonization Initiative Declaration" by proposal method. In this project, Blanding of the "Small and Medium Enterprise Decarbonization Initiative Declaration" was implemented in order to promote the change of behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises in the city where decarbonization efforts are relatively slow compared to large companies. The purpose is to disseminate the significance of decarbonization and the declaration system, and promote initiatives.

A person who satisfies all of the following items
（１） Small and medium-sized enterprises in the city registered in the detailed "A Printed Product Planning Design" in the event "109 Printed Product Planning Design" of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) of Reiwa 5.6 . Or, at the time of submission of the bid participation application form, qualification screening is currently underway, and registration has been completed by the date of determining the trustee.
（２） A person who has not received suspension measures under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination (April 1, 2021)" from the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the trustee.
（３） Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
（４） Have advanced knowledge and experience regarding promotion, expertise in design creation of brand tools, and have a track record of promoting business in Motoichi.
