（1） If the participant is a non-consolidated company, all of the following conditions must be met:

（2） If the participant is a joint venture, all of the following conditions must be met:

(A) Members other than the representative must meet all of the following conditions.
(a) Being listed in the 2024 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List (Articles, Consignment, etc.)
(b) In the list of (a), register the event "Event planning and operation, etc." detailed A "Event planning" or the event "Various survey planning", detailed B "Consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)"
C) Members must meet all of the conditions of 3 (1) c to K.
D) The number of members shall be no more than three.
E. In this proposal, each member of the consortium must not be a member of another consortium. In addition, members of the consortium must not participate as a non-consolidated company.
