4 Response Date and Method
　　We send by e-mail around Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

・We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 3) regardless of whether or not they have qualifications. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 4).
・An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been confirmed may request a written explanation of why his / her eligibility was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to Zero Carbon and GREEN×EXPO Promotion Bureau GREEN × EXPO promotion section of Yokohama-shi by 5:00 pm five days after city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
・When an explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date from the day after the city received the document.
