（２） Awareness of SDGs and decarbonization held by government agencies, public institutions such as local governments, private companies, and local organizations such as shopping streets within the past five years
　　Have a track record of outsourcing related events or youth development-related events in which about 100 children participate.
（３） From the deadline for submitting the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, according to the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination (April 1, 2004)"
　　Have not been suspended.
（４） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
