Participation in this proposal shall be a person who satisfies all of the following 1 to 4.
１. Those who have the second or higher registration in the event "Print Material Planning Design" of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, Consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5.6
２. Person who has location division "city", scale division is "small and medium-sized business", total number of the staff is three or more and registered
３. Those who can smoothly attend editorial meetings held in Nishi Ward Office (once a month), interview and photograph in the ward, and accompany business trip color calibration (once a month) at places designated by the contractor.
４. Person who has not received nomination suspension measures by rule of measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension from presentation deadline of participation intention application (style 1) to specific day of trust candidate

In evaluating the proposal, we will conduct interviews with the proposer. However, in the case of a large number of applications, documents will be selected using the proposal evaluation standard as the primary screening, five parties will be selected, and hearing will be conducted as the secondary screening.

Please prepare a design proposal based on the assignments you sent.

Notes

1. When submitting a reference quotation, only the amount excluding tax must be stated.
2. The contract period is from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
