The person who provides guidance must meet one of the following conditions by the time of submitting the bid participation application form pertaining to this consignment contract.
(1) Those who have completed the "Traffic Safety Leader Training Course" sponsored by the Cabinet Office
(2) Those who have completed the "Traffic Safety Education Leader Training Workshop" sponsored by the Nihon Kotsu Safety Education Promotion Association
(3) Special Instructor for Bicycle Safety Education recognized by the Japan Road Safety Association
(4) "Bicycle Safety Education Instructors" recognized by each prefectural road safety association
(5) Those who have received any of the following guidance results at least 5 times within 3 years
　Oh, conduct of traffic safety classroom, lecture or seminar for junior high school students or high school students (more than one hour per time)
　Conduct of classrooms, lectures or workshops on traffic safety for i citizens (more than one hour per time)
　Conduct of classrooms, courses or workshops on traffic safety for private businesses or local government officials (more than one hour per time)
