(2) The trustee must meet one of the following conditions by the time it submits the bid participation application form pertaining to this consignment contract.
　A. A person who has completed the “Traffic Safety Leader Training Course” sponsored by the Cabinet Office must belong.
　B. A person who has completed the “Traffic Safety Education Instructor Training Workshop” sponsored by the Nihon Kotsu Safety Education Promotion Association belongs.
　C. A person who has one of the following instruction results five or more times within three years belongs.
　　(a)　Conducting traffic safety classes, lectures, or workshops for elementary school students (more than one hour per time)
　　(b)　Conduct of classrooms, lectures or workshops on traffic safety for citizens (more than 1 hour per time)
　　(c)　Conducting traffic safety classrooms, lectures, or workshops for private businesses or local government officials (more than one hour per time)
　D. I have more than 5 years of experience in operating the Yokohama City After School Kids Club through the after-school elementary school studenｔ Healthy Development Project based on the provisions of Article 6-3, Paragraph 2 of the Child Welfare Law.
