A person who has the proposal qualification for this proposal is a single company that satisfies all of the following conditions or a specific consortium based on the sharing performance method (a person who has shared the proposal for the purpose of jointly performing the work together) Community formed as a member.)

Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above list is being applied at the time of submitting the application form for participation, and the registration is completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified.
(3) Being a person who has not received measures for suspension of nomination based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the submission deadline of the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
(4) If you participate in a single company, you must not be a member of another specific consortium. In addition, members of specific consortiums must not participate as non-consolidated companies.
(5) Conditions for participation in specific consortiums
Oh, in principle, the number of persons who make up a specific consortium (hereinafter referred to as “members”) shall be no more than two persons.
(A) Each member shall satisfy all of the above conditions (1) to (4), and it shall be left to the selection of a member of the consortium to determine which member will be the representative.
(C) Submit a joint enterprise agreement and a power of attorney (Form 2). In addition, the division of duties of each member shall be clear in the form.
