（４） If you participate in a single company, you must not be a member of another specific consortium. In addition, members of specific consortiums must not participate as non-consolidated companies.
（５） Conditions for participation in specific consortiums
Oh, in principle, the number of persons who make up a specific consortium (hereinafter referred to as “members”) shall be no more than two persons.
(A) Each member shall satisfy all of the above conditions (1) to (4), and it shall be left to the selection of a member of the consortium to determine which member will be the representative.
