Those who intend to participate in this proposal shall meet any of the following requirements (1), (2), and (3).

(2)　After FY2019, there must be any of the following achievements.
・Related services such as the formulation of “Health and Welfare Plan for the Elderly” and “The Long-term Care Insurance Business Plan” of Motoichi or other government-designated cities
・Business-related services such as health promotion for the elderly by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
(3)　Being a person who has not received suspension measures according to the provisions of the measures outline, such as the suspension of Yokohama City nomination suspension, from the deadline for submitting the proposal participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.

It is scheduled from late March to early April of Reiwa 7.
