・From the deadline for submission of the participation intention application form to the date of bidding, no suspension measures have been received under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination".
・Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
